Madi McTigue.

Madi has been formally practicing Interior Design for 8 years. Her experience within the Property Industry began over 10 years ago as part of leading Property and Consultancy group, Wallaringa Consulting, with focus on the property development of mixed-use projects and retail shopping centres.

Recognising a passion for Interior Design, Madi began her design journey at the University of Technology, Sydney, specialising in Interior + Spatial Design - a speciality umbrella of Interior Architecture; earning herself a Bachelor’s Degree in Design (Interior + Spatial Design).

Identifying the synergy between Interior Design and the Real Estate Industry, Madi grew her skill-base and qualification with focus on Property Services inclusive of Property Sales and Property Management in order to unify her knowledge between design, supply and demand.

After years of freelancing; completing works within the Interior Design sphere as well as Creative Direction, Styling and Exhibition Design, Madi joined award-winning Architectural practice Vic Lake Architects. Working as a Senior Designer, Madi was promoted to head the Interior Design department as Interior Design Manager with a team of four. Studio Albus now service most of the interior design projects for this leading architectural practice.

Madi’s expertise ranges from Interior + Spatial Design, Joinery Design and Detailing, Soft Furnishing Selection and Management, Styling + Decoration, Custom Furniture Design + Fabrication, Graphic Design, Visual Identity + Branding and Project Marketing.

Holly Andrianakos.

Holly’s passion for design began at a young age where she focused her studies on a career within the Design Industry, studying Interior Design at Design Centre Enmore, earning herself a Bachelor’s Degree of Design (Interior Design).

Holly’s experience within the design industry began as Sales Representative at a tiling and bathroomware supplier, gaining valuable product knowledge and an extensive understanding of both construction and detailing within the realm of Building and Design.

Holly furthered her design knowledge and experience joining Sydney-based architectural firm, Vic Lake Architects, acting as the lead designer for both single residential and multi-residential projects as well as project marketing.

Holly’s true passion lies within Residential Design however also enjoys the endless design possibilities involved in Retail and Commercial projects.

With a focus on combining high-end design, functionality and referring to the end-users requirements, she ensures an optimal design result for the Client. Holly is consistency praised for her high-level of construction stage design detailing, knowledge of the building process and extensive product knowledge.
