A schedule is a document that outlines in detail your product selections - it includes what the item is, an image of what it looks like, where it is going, how big it is, what finish is it in, what its product code is, who is supplying the product and finally any important notes relating to the product and a web link that anyone in the project team can visit to obtain install specifications and requirements. Typically we have separate schedules for the following - Finishes, FF&E (Finishes, Fittings & Equipment), Lighting & Power and LF&F (Loose Furniture & Fittings) - this just makes all the information easier for your project team to digest and circulate to the relevant trades or consultants.
Schedules make it very easy to record keep what you’ve selected as well as keeping track of if the product has been quoted, ordered or delivered. You have the ability to update each schedule as you please as you make your final selections whilst also keeping your team informed.

The process is simple:
1. Purchase the schedule relevant to you. You will then receive a PDF file with a link to our Canva template and an example document from one of our projects that we have completed that you can reference.
2. Edit our template in Canva. You can customise colours, fonts, images and textures to suit your own brand or business.
3. Finalise your schedule by downloading, printing or sharing digitally to your team. Do this once, do it ten times - who cares, all that matters is that you’re doing it accurately. -
While we have tailored our packages towards non-designers undertaking their own renovation or new build, if you are a student, graduate or have an interior design business of your own - our resources are suitable for you to use to get a leg up in the industry.
